Damage Item
In the event that you’ve received a faulty item, immediately inform our customer service representatives. Please keep in mind that you may be required to provide proof of damage before refund is approved. All of our items are carefully checked before leaving the warehouse. Kindly check the product before use in case there are any damage caused during transit. Used items will not be refunded or replaced.
